Terms and Conditions for Australia Diamond Atelier's Price Beat Guarantee:

1. The price beat guarantee applies only to comparable diamonds available for purchase from a competitor in Australia. "Comparable" means that the diamond must have the same 4Cs (carat weight, cut, clarity, and colour), certification, and other relevant characteristics.
   
2. The competitor's diamond must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time of the price beat request.
   
3. The price beat guarantee does not apply to diamonds that are part of a bundle or package deal, clearance sales, liquidation sales, or sales with limited stock.
   
4. The price beat guarantee applies only to the diamond's price and does not include any additional charges such as shipping, taxes, or warranties.
   
5. The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of the price beat request. We reserve the right to verify the competitor's price.
   
6. To request a price beat, you must provide evidence of the competitor's price and the comparable diamond's details. This evidence must be provided at the time of purchase.
   
7. We reserve the right to refuse to beat the competitor's price if we determine that the price is not genuine or if we are unable to verify the competitor's price.
   
8. If we agree to beat the competitor's price, we will beat it by up to 10% of the difference between our price and the competitor's price.
   
9. The price beat guarantee is only available to consumers who purchase diamonds from us for personal or household use. It does not apply to purchases made for commercial, trade, or resale purposes.
   
10. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the price beat guarantee at any time without prior notice.
    

These terms and conditions are consistent with the Australian Consumer Law, which prohibits false or misleading claims about the price of goods and services. They also ensure that our price beat guarantee is fair and transparent to our customers.
