REFUND POLICY

At Australia Diamond Atelier (ADA), we strive to provide you with the highest quality diamonds and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our business, our diamond inventory changes daily, and all orders are subject to international availability. As a result, we have implemented the following refund policy:


Selection and Ordering

Please make your selection carefully as all sales are final. Once ordered, diamonds cannot be cancelled or refunded except at the discretion of ADA. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.


Returns

If you receive a diamond that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for the diamond to be returned and assessed. If the diamond is deemed to be damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement.


Refunds

If we agree to a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the diamond, less any shipping and handling charges, to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will process the refund within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned diamond.

Please note that we will not provide a refund for any diamond that has been altered or modified in any way, including but not limited to resizing, engraving, or repair.


Australian Dollars and GST

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST. If you are located outside of Australia, please note that you may be liable for additional taxes and customs duties when the diamond is delivered to your country. It is your responsibility to pay these additional charges.
